We always stop here when in the Pharr/McAllen area. They make the best Don Julio Reposado Margarita in the country, even better than the original location in Laredo. The service, the food (especially the charro beans), and the atmosphere are top-notch.
When in McAllen, this is a must, with a couple of need to know disclaimers! First of all, get ready for some of the BEST Mexican food you'll ever have. The chips, salsa, and refried beans with chorizo are pretty good, and you could practically get full on this alone! I had the tacos de carne asada and O-M-G i couldn't stop eating the meat.
