It’s not a bad place to eat. I just thought it was a little average. I guess I was expecting a little more. Service was rushed and so-so. Food was ok, presentation was good. But it did feel thrown together and pushy. Went there on a date night with the wife.
We were at the Chef Bar. We were going over the menu, and a manager asked what we were thinking of ordering...We told him, and a few minutes later, it showed up....WE DIDN'T ORDER THAT FOOD...We were thinking about it.... I wasn't thrilled about that since we hadn't finalized what we wanted. My friend had never been to Salt, and that put him off. We told SERVER, and he was apologetic and gave us a dessert. Unfortunately, we had a bad taste in our mouths from the premature order.

Absolutely marvelous food. Everything we ate was cooked to perfection! The staff were very respectful, polite, and tentative. Our cocktails were even up to a Grade A standard. I grew up in a family of wonderful cooks, and this place takes the cake for one of the best restaurants in all of the valley!
