This is an oldie but goodie! This restaurant never fails to please my family! We have eaten here for about 5 or 6 years and always come back. The absolute only complaint is that it can get loud in the seating area, but it’s an all open seating concept, which is the norm for Mexican restaurants. The wait staff are pleasant and check on you quite a bit, and they’re are nice about helping you when you need something. Every time we go to the valley, no matter what part of the valley, we always make it a point to go eat at Zamoras on North 23rd in McAllen. Food is great and can't beat the sweet tea!

I think that on the first visit all was great. The food was delicious and the service was great too. The 2nd time (weekend) howeverit was not good. The food didn't taste good and it was cold.
