My husband and I dined in tonight. The food was delicious! John greeted us and served us. John’s customer service was amazing. He’s the best server we’ve ever had. He made our dining experience so enjoyable.
My kids love this place, not sure why but they do. The food is fresh and made to order since you literally put your own ingredients in. Today the service was rough. They were friendly, but horribly inefficient. Their computer system went down, which I understand is difficult. But we couldn't get forks or drink refills either. They only had 2 servers that were doing everything, but struggling. They were running in circles not getting anything accomplished. Super nice and trying...read full review

Just sad. The food is ok, but the choices have gone down tremendously. The inside is dull and needs to be freshened up. Our waitress was amazing and made the visit here better. She was attentive in the right way and very friendly. I wish a better work environment for her. She's too good to be here. This has been a favorite place of mine in the past. I really do hope they can dig themselves out of the hole they're in. I want so badly want this to be good again.
