Not quite hitting the mark with service and cleanliness at this location. Food is pretty consistent with other McDonald’s but the service here is allllllll about just cranking out the food. When my food was brought out I asked for some ketchup the server just back to the desk implying - just go get some. I love coming to McD’s for a quick bite! Love the location on Hwy 75 by FM 1417, especially because Jeremiah works there and this young gentleman has been very helpful to my husband and I, we had an order one time that wasn’t right and he immediately corrected it and was so helpful, courteous and kind, we go there no matter how out of the way it is because of him and the gentleman at the order/pay window very early in the morning! Was having a good breakfast until they told me i couldn’t get a shamrock shake due to a broken ice cream machine. The truth is, they’re lazy and don’t want to clean the machine. These people are never going to make it out of McDonald’s.
