The best part of this meal was the appetizer. The queso with brisket was so good. I think I’m going to dream about it. The steak took forever to get to our table and it wasn’t too flavorful. It wasn’t bad, but I have had better. The ribs were delicious and definitely fell off of the bone. The mac and cheese was dry, cold and flavorless. I wouldn’t order it again. We was celebrating an 88 Birthday party today. And it was around 30 to 32 in our group today Chelsea was our server today @ the Colony location. She was amazing very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Very friendly and gave us all outstanding guest. Kudos go out to her.

We ate at The Saltgrass Steakhouse last night. 3 of us had steak, my wife had the Salmon. I had the Brussels sprouts with my Ribeye and they were very flavorful.It was all delicious. Their special bread was a big hit, and the fried mushrooms appetizer were good too. Oh I had the Blue Cheese butter on my steak, added good flavor.It’s not a cheap night out for 4 people, but the food quality is a good value. It was my son’s birthday dinner, so had to splurge a little.
