They speakers don't work well, they employees keep coming to the car to confirm the orders, and last time I was there, I paid at the speaker with my card, then one of the employees said that it didn't go through and asked for my card. I then checked my account and had two different charges, different amounts. I tried to talk the manager but she said it was impossible to be charged twice, yet I was. Went here last night, clearly said what I wanted on my burger, made sure she had it right on the screen. Got home, ketchup was on my burger and all the veggies were light brown and soggy. Tator tots were a hard ball of salt that could crack concrete. The fast food industry is not holding up any standards. Parking lot was empty so no reason to rush. A complete MESS!

Extremely slow service. The last three times I've been there, it has taken over an hour to get my order. I've contacted their area manager, and there hasn't been a change. If you're looking for Sonic, do NOT go to this location.
