Staff was completely rude. A guy and a pregnant girl took my order. The guy acted like I was a complete inconvenience. Then when I checked out the pregnant girl literally shoved the stuff at me and was rude. If you hate your job quit. Staff at the El Dorado in Lake Forest location much friendlier and actually put toppings on your sandwich.

Holy hell what is happening at this location.They have made 4 horrible hires at this location and if you've been here before then you know exactly who I'm talking about. These 4 employees obviously have some issues up stairs so I can not blame them. The management here should be replaced because of how badly they have set their team up for failure. I really dislike the older female employee that works at this location. She's always very bossy and abrasive when she asks patrons what size, what bread and the ingredients they want. She always complaining when the toaster and phone rings. Today, she looked up at the 5 of us patrons standing in line, and said "Sorry, we're going as fast as we can....there's only two of us here!".
