Came here to grab some quick lunch. I had the ChocoLatte and the Grilled Chicken bowl. The smoothie was alright - not the biggest fan of the after taste but it wasn’t awful like other people make it seem. The chicken was really good. I did ask them to make sure it was well seasoned. The portion was enough for 2 lunches for me (eating for loss, not gains) but I also don’t eat very big portions.I took my food to go because the location is inside a gym. Ideal location connected right to Fitness Connection and the food and smoothies are absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get quality food and proteins to improve their health and fitness journey.

This place is underrated because of its location inside Fitness Connection but let me tell you. Smoothies 10/10 Food 10/10 Staff is fast. They do meal preps! It’s just great…I’ve sat in there 3hrs after a workout before.
