I’m never the kind to leave bad reviews, I went here with my fiancé and friends, we sat down and our waiter was automatically not interested in treating us. We found a hair in our food, we did get a heartfelt apology from higher up but it seemed to just give our waiter more of a reason to be even ruder and non interested in us, he did not come up to us once and check up on us and when he did he seemed annoyed to even do so.
After a short wait the service was outstanding the food presented like the pictures in the menu. All around great IHOP experience especially considering I worked at an IHOP for 13 years!

Staff was slow. No one greeted for after 10 min waiting in lobby. The waiter was slow and seem like she didn't know anything. Constantly forgetting. Ask for warm syrup and brought coffee. I wind up pouring coffee on pancakes. I was like what the heck going on here.
