My husband and I ordered two different pizzas. One was completely incorrect and both were completely cold and underbaked. We called the store and the manager answered and handled the situation wonderfully. She provided a refund for both pizzas and said that she would personally bake and deliver new pizzas. I had the worst experience the night before my pizza was hard and very dry and the lady was so upset i just waited till morning, When i tell you im so happy i did cause Ms. Diana was the absolute best. She was so full of life and so nice and to top it all of my pizza was make to perfection. Long as she is here ill forever come

Every time we’ve ordered from this location, we arrived at the promised pick up time only to have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for our order. It’s always chaotic in there with cooked pizzas all over the place and a staff that seems to have no idea who they belong to. The customer service is abysmal, and the food is always hit or miss. Not sure how they make such a simple job so complicated.
