Grabbed lunch with my coworker. We went through the drive through and I had to repeat my order 3 times. When my coworker ordered, I suppose they couldn’t understand him so they got someone who speaks Spanish (even though my coworker was speaking English) and the new cashier just said “what do you want?” In Spanish. Good customer service is hard to get, even at this location! But this morning when I placed my order JD was great! He was polite, patient and listened without interruption. I appreciated his service! Most of the employees are rude here! So I appreciated his service.
This has got to be the WORST one I've ever been to. The person taking the orders was super slow in greeting us and didn't even give me our total before telling us to pull up. It took forever just to be able to tell him what we wanted. Then when we got up to the window, the employee shoved the card machine out the window, said "take it out" pretty bluntly and then shut the window on us.
