I’m so disappointed the owner get people without paper to work just to not pay them I know people in there that they have like 5 weeks in there working hard doing the job of 3 people and is hard for the people can’t have papers and need the job and they play with them and just told them if you are disagree with our decision the pinche door is there because they have a enormous list of people who wants to works that’s no fair for anybody is not only one person is all the...read full review

I placed my order online, hoping to speed up the process. They didn’t have the correct pieces of chicken to fill the order and waited until I arrived to fill any part of the meals. So much for saving time and exasperation. To their credit, the server- I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name, but she seemed to be in charge- was very pleasant and obviously as frustrated as I was. It would have been nice to receive an “extra” like a cookie or a coupon to get on my good side ?

I love coming to the golden chick on big spring because you can feel the welcome by the manager that works the night shift with the dimples and the young man that work with her they are very respectful and they go out there way to get you what u need and the food is more than what we buy. There aren't disrespectful like on Florida st I was going to Florida golden chick but they are very disrespectful and my food is always cold. Thank you and I will be coming back
