Really disappointed. Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite spot to grab a good sub, but recent changes has me questioning that commitment. I was in a week ago with my son and here were the issues I encountered: 1. I was greeted when I entered. I responded and asked the employees how they were doing and the one taking the order/slicing the meet responded with something like, "I'm getting by." Excellent service! They totally remade my sandwich while putting it together because the sandwich artiste did not approve of the lettuce quality. Very polite workers and had a good attitude which for me is critical.
