Went in the middle of the day on a Wednesday (10/18) no cars in the drive through or parking lot and was told they weren’t serving soup. I was dumbfounded. I asked “all soups,” and received “we are all out of soup,” NOT ONE OPTION? Big disappointment.
I stopped coming because of bad service . Unfortunately, this didn't change, it is still slow, and you receive your order in parts, we waited for speciality drinks a long time (we almost finished our food without the drinks, at list the food was warm and well prepared. The manager or the lady in charge of the kitchen starts to answer us in a rude manner after we keep asking for our drinks. I worked in customer service. It was pretty good. It had a big open area and not a lot of people. They people taking our order was really nice. The food is a little more than others but that is because they give you a lot of food. This place was great and my only concern is how big the sandwiched are. But the solution to them is press down on the sandwiches. Other than that I think this is a good place to eat. That’s why I give this place 4 stars!
