Nice atmosphere, quick seating. Excellent service from Amanda. Steak and mashed potatoes arrived. Butter on steak did not melt, moved to potatoes and did not melt. Other diners green beans were fried, but also cold. Her patty melt was very good. My Caesar salad was ok, but not remarkable. Bread was very good. Not much there to bring me back.

I ordered the 12oz ribeye cooked medium and it was perfect. Our waitress checked on us often... somewhat too often, but that is better than the alternative. Parking is tight if you drive a dually but it is doable if you really want a good steak. I highly recommend this particular saltgrass restaurant.4/3/24 Update: Bacon wrapped quail appetizer is awesome. The lunch size grilled chicken was cooked to perfection and was a good portioned size.
