Can't go wrong with the menu..... Pork Chops, Meat Loaf, Chicken Fried Steak, Catfish, Gizzards with any of the sides are great. Got to have the Collared Greens. Every plate served with the sweetest cornbread which makes a great dessert
This place will fill your stomach and you still have left over. I love coming here when I am in town. Took my co-worker here as he never been. There is a wait of you do not get there in time for the lunch crowd. But it is well worth the wait. I order the smothered pork chop, with rice (extra rice and gravy). Side of cornbread and corn. Everything was amazing. I had somewhat high expectations for this place considering the reviews, and it didn't disappoint.I ordered the popcorn shrimp which was perfect and generous, as well as the fried pork chops.All of it was well flavored and again generously portioned.I'd definitely come back to try some more of the other things they have to offer.
