Saddens me to say I won't go back. Service is poor. 3 employees doing other things while myself and one other customer just stand and weight. Polite but too busy doing other things to assist customers. While I waited to be checked out my food got cold. I hope things improve to previous levels of customer service, but I won't be back.
Strawberry Fields is and has been my favorite Midland restaurant for years!! The long standing staff are wonderful!! However, the new curly haired older woman is incredibly rude and refuses to listen to your requests. When I asked for hot apple cider, she said, “you have to preorder that.” Only after repeatedly questioning this, did I receive my apple cider.
