Hands down the best brisket and hamburger I have had here in Midland and I've tried most spots when it comes to BBQ here. Service is 5star brisket was lean but yet still moist alot of people can't do that right and my BBQ critics know what I mean. A co worker of mine brought me to Tanks, and I must say, that they don’t make barbecue spots like this anymore. The food is amazing the prices are decent and the guys behind the counter make you feel at home. ???
