After trying to eat at another restaurant downtown that couldn’t get its act together I walked a block Wall Street Bar and Grill. The place had a special feel and found a seat at the bar. The bartender was busy but exceptionally attentive to everyone. Had a beer and some of the best étouffe I have ever had in my 52 years. Will definitely visit again. People were real and and gracious.
I had the porterhouse medium rare, and loaded baked potato. Cooked to perfection. But the meal was served warm, and steak had gristle/ligaments. Disappointed in the quality of a $59 cut of steak.

Wall Street B&G was the first steak I've had in Midland, since I've moved here... I had the top sirloin, and it was absolutely perfect!!!
