I have always loved Wendy's. Still do. Best burgers and Chili. But today the beans in the chili were still crunchy, and the soda machine was twitchy and honestly dirty. I love the new Zero offerings and the variety of Fanta flavors. But I had to push the button 5x just to get 1 cup filled. And the machine looks like it's been cleaned with a mop. Wow, just wow! I forgot my wallet but when I got the window I had more than half the cash from digging around in my car and they gave me the food anyway even though I said just charge me for what I could pay for! So nice and unexpected. I did take the rest of the cash back

I don't leave a lot of fast food reviews, but the guys working the window the night of 11/18/23 were cool as heck. They were very friendly & in good spirits. I got napkins, a straw for my drink (this has been an issue in the past), a spoon for my chili, and they asked if I wanted cheese, onions, and hot chile sauce. Checked all the boxes for me, well done gentlemen.
