“Everything about this place is interesting.It's bright next to the airport.I don't even know how to describe the location.I arrived at 11:00, when they opened, and all their customers were businessmen who i'm guessing we're "in the know" for great barbecue joints in Austin.I got what I always get. The brisket, rib, sausage plate. If i'm gonna check out the barbecue joint i'm gonna check it out.All the food, everything I ate, was great. 2 slices, 2 ribs, 1 link, fresh corn off the cob, potato salad. A little overcooked and pricey.The meat fell off the bone, I mean fell off (over cooked).The plate and can of Coke was $26.”

“First time visit and we were blown away by the great food and service! Generous portions at more than reasonable prices. Whenever we get back to this area, we will be stopping here....guaranteed! Check out the homemade pie selection! It's located kind of away from the town center and easy to drive by....so slow down when your GPS device tells you that you have arrived.”

“On a cool evening out to Mineral Wells and seeing this taco stand with a 5.0 rating, and they serve birria, I just had to try! Their quesabirria taco meal comes with five cute little tacos. As cute as they are, each are fully cooked to excellent perfection and have a wonderfully spectacular well-cooked taste! Especially when dipping them in the accompanying consome broth, which is also amazing by itself! I drank it down after finishing the tacos.I'm just all lost for words... This little stand knows what they are doing in making the best birria tacos Beyond five stars!!!”

“Stumbled upon this cute little bar while in town for a girls trip. The wine flights are fun. Great decor, fun atmosphere, plenty of outdoor seating. There was a chili cook off happening in the same courtyard which made it even more festive for a small town hee haw. I bought a bottle of Cabernet to go and a wine glass for fun and giggles. Will refer and return.”

“Came here with friends to hangout and it was absolutely amazing! Spot on red wines and beers for a solid good time. Robbie is one of the best bartenders I've ever come across. Knowledgeable and fun, he brings amazing energy and experience to Rickhouse Brewing. Couldn't have asked for a better time!”

“O'Donuts I Love this place There's sausage, egg and cheese either on a bun or on a croissant is so delicious. The old fashions are perfect. And they're fresh glazed donuts just melt in your mouth. I've never had anything but a fantastic experience whether inside or the drive-through for30 in the morning or 11:55 AM I highly recommend them I apologize there aren't any photographs but their food is so good I can't take pictures of it. I have to have it !”

“5 of us stopped for a work lunch. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter, Gage, was top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and funny. He made recommendations for our meal. I chose the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra. The steak was tender, the breading seasoned well, and the cream gravy was what I expected with a CFS. Overall I was very pleased with the food. My table mates had mixed reactions on the sliced brisket. The ribs and smoked sausage were very much enjoyed.This is definitely a great place to stop for a wonderful meal.”

“We drove quite far just to try this place, and we will do it again in a heartbeat. This was hands down one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. We also had sweet potato fries which did not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a little hole in the wall as my husband likes to call it, but we absolutely enjoyed all of it. We love supporting small businesses and we are planning on going back!”

“Stopped in on our way to Oklahoma and Kansas. Had a double meat and triple meat. Both were very good. I recommend this dairy queen to anyone traveling thru mineral wells.”
