What’s going on Little Caesar’s? Taking more than 25 in line for cold pizza. Had never had this issue before. If you ask for a special pizza they make you get back on the drive thru line. Before it was brought out to us. Didn’t take more than 1 minute to do so. Yea we can get down but there’s also a long line inside. ??
Rating is based on service as food is constantly good but service is sub par. Sometimes they use the portal sometimes they don't. I use the app to make it convenient but the last couple times my pizza is placed in the warmers instead of the portal and then I have to wait for an employee to help me as often times there is not someone waiting to assist customers who walk in.

For me it's all about the service ... BECUZ THE PIZZA AND INGREDIENTS R THE BEST... I LOVE BEING ABLE YO GO IN AND ORDER MY PIZZA WITHOUT THEM Telling ME THESE ARE FRESH AND READY...?Y'all are my fave hands down???❣️
