Both the quality of food and service seems to have gone down over time at this location. Feels like it can be hit or miss. Ordered two sandwiches, fries and a couple other items through the drive thru and asked the girl at the counter if she was sure everything was in the bag, she said yes. Chick-Fil-A is traditionally one of my favorite restaurants and they generally offer the best service, but I am not sure why every time I go to this specific location I have a bad experience.While going through the drive through this afternoon, Jenna was the person who assisted me and she was initially congenial. We all know what chick fil a tastes like. It was very hot and fresh at this location. Fries were average. But the line took wayyyy longer that any other chick fil a I’ve been to. We were right on the side of the building to start, and it took ~30 minutes.
