My mom and I were visiting from Fort Worth, where there’s no Filipino restaurants (they’re all out toward Dallas or Arlington). So we were super excited when we saw this right across the street from our hotel. The food was great! I got the grilled pork belly and my mom got the bistek. We loved both. PINOY GOURMET IS NOW OPEN!!!! They are currently under new management and the vibes and food are still AMAZING!!! Highly recommend to anyone that is in the Sugarland/Missouri City area to stop by! The quality of the food is still incredible and they have added new items to the menu so excited to comeback and try more! Oh that pata was so delicious. This dish was recommended to us by the shop owner. No disappointment here. Crispy exterior and moist and juicy on the inside. Don't let me get started on that dipping sauce. That sauce just highlighted that scrumptious pork knuckle. It was so good we went back and ordered again. New owner and better food.
