The French fries were not really warm. I was a bit disappointed. Can’t believe how expensive Popeyes is now, though. Not the restaurant’s fault, but the company really needs to fix that or something.
While I understand that everyone has their own style of greeting guests, a warm and friendly welcome goes a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, the lady at the front seems to wear a poker face, making the entrance feel a bit unwelcoming. On this visit, the staff was not as friendly and welcoming as they had been on past visits. I ordered chicken tenders and their chicken tenders are of a nice size. I was given only one dipping sauce when I'm usually given two. When I asked for one more I was told I would be charged for it. That had never happened before
