My hubby and I enjoyed our little Valentine's Day takeout meal. We're country so we indulged in the turkey necks and rice for our appetizer and for the main course we shared an oyster plate and a pound of Cajun boiled shrimp. My favorite was the oysters. Supported this business because it was black owned. The food was mediocre. I ordered the wings and boudin balls. The rice inside the boudin balls was not the normal Cajun rice I'm used to. Chicken wings were ok.

Yes!!!! This place is fabulous and I get so sad when I drive by and don't see the parking lot full. I think they need to do more advertising. I have eaten there five times so far and each time I have not been let down. I have ordered the Cajan pasta and they put enough sauce on the noodles so it wasn't dry. I've had the fried catfish that was fried perfectly. The restaurant is clean and the employees are really nice.
