Ordered two giant cheese originals to go. When I got home I noticed the sandwiches were cold. None of the cheese melted. I have ordered these for years and know it should be a hot sandwich. Next time I know to double check before Ieave.

I have a Schlotzsky's closer to my home but I choose to drive a couple extra minutes to the Murphy location? Everyone is always so kind and friendly! Food is always fast and fresh!!! There is a night manager I believe her name is Sandra. She is so sweet and kind! Always greets you with a big smile? Goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and make sure everything is right. My family and I have been coming here for years.

I live in Michigan, where Schlotzky's no longer exist and hasn't existed for many years.It's a complete and total shame.There is nothing against the other sandwich shops, but Schotlzkys is so much better. Idk if it's because they warm their sandwiches or that they offer a little more than just sandwiches.Hubbs got the original sandwich combo, and I got the Italian calzone.The sandwich was good.I'm going to expound on the virtues of the calzone, though.
