I'm new to NB with two small boys. We heard that Cooper's was the best for bbq. My boys love bbq and they LOVE pork chops, which led me to Cooper's. As Cooper's deserves, they were sold out of the pork chop when I called for a pick up order. Visited New Braunfels Texas to visit friends who used to live in San Diego with us. They highly recommended for all time pit and barbecue. We didn't know what to expect but the place is amazing. When you first walk in you give them the order how many pounds of meat that you want. They have turkey beef and pork as well as ribs this follows a long salad bar where you can pick out whatever you want at the very end is the dessert bar and probably everybody's favorite. I have never been to a restaurant like this. You walk in the door and are greeted with the butcher, he's got an assortment of meats laid out, you tell him how much you want, he slaps it on a tray and hands it off to the next guy.
