THE most unique Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at. The use of fresh vegetables that aren't cooked to death along with the sauces and presentation make the food delicious. As a whole, Las Fontanas seems like a pretty solid Mexican restaurant. I was only passing by New Braunfels, but I could see this place being a good staple restaurant for locals.
