It was one of the worst experiences I've had at Popeyes. Did an online order to be picked up at the drive-thru window. Nobody answered, so I went inside where employees looked at me but did not speak to me. After 5 minutes, I told people coming in that I was sorry, but I believe they are closed. Miraculously, someone appeared from the back. However, he could not help due to a language barrier. Finally, the manager came from the back to help. Is it only me that thinks the portion size and even the chicken itself is getting way way smaller? Menu is getting smaller as well and zero of everything looks appealing as it once did? I liked Popeyes and it's very close to getting on my list of restaurants fired list.

Delicious chicken nuggets, spicy and regular chicken sandwiches, Cajun fries, mashes potatoes and gravy, and red beans and rice. Exact to order and the family meal deals were excellent to get a variety of food and made everyone happy.
