The food was hot in certain spots. I called in a pick up order and it was quick and easy, but there was a LOT of butter and even after mixing, it didn’t fully melt. Overall it was a good experience, I suggest dining in.Parking: There is only a few parking spots due to location.

Last night I finally made it out to the Screamin Chameleon Food Truck spot that houses quite a few options for food. I have seen and known about Spud Ranch for years and I hadn’t had the chance to try it. I’ve heard great things and it was finally time to get a Spud. They have quite a few options but what really caught my eye was the Gumbo Spud. I love Gumbo and it sounded very good and unique as I’ve never seen that combo before. We actually got ours from the food truck at the screamin chameleon in Universal City. This was our first time trying this and we were both very pleased. My husband and I both got the brisket potato and I got a side of fried pickles. The pickles were SO good. The potato and brisket were both moist and delicious. The potatoes are HUGE. I couldn’t even finish mine so I ate the rest for lunch the next day. We can’t wait to try the other stuff on the menu.
