I'm so use to hearing "My pleasure" when I visit a Chick-fil-A that I was shocked when visiting the New Caney, TX branch, I said thank you to 2 different people I didn't even get a reply back. Kind of disappointed. I've alway view Chick-fil-A as a place with excellent service.
The service is always great but one than twice they have failed to include the cookie I've paid for. The first two times I let it go, but when it happen a third time I called and they were unable to issue a refund without me returning to the store, so I had to settle for a mailed equivalent. Please ensure the tickets and bags are double checked to ensure accuracy.
