Being from San Diego, I had received a lot of warnings about TexMex. Y’all the food was so good! It was comparable to what I’m used to in sit down restaurants. But with a unique Texas twist on the flavors. We ordered chips and queso, the chimichanga, enchiladas montanados and sopapillas. The rice and beans were phenomenal. I could actually taste the seasonings in the rice! We ordered takeout but I think we’ll dine in next time.

I ordered the tilapia and rice plate via a food delivery service and was pleasantly surprised! I was not expecting the mixed veggies or the tortilla chips (was not in food description) but both rounded out my meal in a good way. I’ve been coming here for over two decades and never stray from my enchilada meals, so glad I did today.

The food was good, not the best we've had but good. What I was shocked about (and what lost them a star) was the cost for so little.My husband and I have come to the age we simply can't eat a normal portion of most restaurant dishes in one sitting. Since we didn't know their portion sizes, we decided to share a plate and just order an extra order of rice. First, they didn't bring just rice, but rice and refried beans.
