Management is horrible. The wait times are astronomical in reference for a fast food place. Either the franchise needs to sell or the manager who doesn’t hire enough staff/schedule enough staff needs to be terminated. Last time I use this location on Davis near
Didn’t get to order pulled up no one greeted me, screen was spinning no sign saying they are closed or anything pulled around to speak with someone in the drive through car is there and lady in window hanging out carrying on a full conversation. Waited several minutes while I finished my phone call. Still waiting no one even acknowledges me, they are still talking. I back out and leave….. terrible service….. huge disappointment! Do better

It looked like they had one person working both drive thru and stalls. Waited almost 30 mins for food and it was cold when I got home. Burgers and fries were awful. Will not come back to this Sonic.
