This place has gone downhill in the past few years. This Whataburger reminds me of the one that’s in Euless off of airport freeway, which is not a good thing. I liked it when Nicole ran it, and the general manager before her a tall, Hispanic, looking gentleman This place is not up to par. The grill is dirty, soda machine is dirty,the tea is not put out and there is no date on the tea. These people are slow and not very friendly. Usually have no problems, but this visit there was a minor communication issue which was quickly made right without any extra charge, though I offered to pay for the mistake! Love this Whataburger!

I went thru the drive thru and pulled into the parking lot across the street to eat my burger so it would be fresh and hot. It was cold! I spent over 6 dollars for a cold burger. This will be the last time I go there. I have not had much luck at this Whataburger. Finally decided to complain. You people can do better than that.
