Rice was so dry it tasted like cardboard and dummy working window asked what sauces I wanted and I say and handful of soy sauce, she gave me a handful of sweet n sour instead. Very disappointed. Orange chicken went hard once I got over the rice without soy sauce.
What is the point of following the directions given when ordering online if that isn't how your store operates. Some of the employees need retrained on online orders being picked up.
