I don't understand why this place always have their doors locked!! there's no explanation as an WHY and they have a fully operational lobby so why is it always closed!???????... Drive-through is open and working but doors always locked!. And it's been this way for months now.
It's a hit or miss, service is usually pretty good, but I hate they don't make online orders ahead of time, cuz they use a get an order make the order method, so online ordering just skips the ordering process, if they're busy you still have to wait in line then when it's your turn they'll get your printed receipt & make your order, they don't even read it beforehand so it's not uncommon for them to have to wait on food for the order to be made, might as well just order there.

So thier chicken sandwich price went up like everywhere else. The problem is the quality went down the chicken is small,smaller than the bun even and thinner only about a 1/4 of the size it use to be. It was very disappointing even gave the rest to my dog because it wasn't good,and that's sad.The lady said that is what corporate is sending now. Was very disappointed with the quality of the food.
