I've seen this restaurant in many places and avoided it because I assumed it would be cheap tex-mex. I was wrong. It is great quality food at reasonable prices. Counter service in a large clean dining area that feels more like a full service restaurant. I'll definitely visit Rosa's in other locations.
Been eating at Rosa's with my family for many years. We always get fajitas plates. Recently, the plates are coming with less and less meat. Plates are about $15+ and they should come with plenty for that price!
