Food was hot and tasty. Staff members were smiling. Order was repeated to ensure everything I ordered was correct. Parking area was very clean. Service was fast. Only had to wait 5 minutes for correct order. This place, I attended was in Odessa, Tx.
My brother who lives in Albuquerque told me to try this place. I am not a fajita person, but my my my this place has the best fajitas and then flour tortillas!!! The sopaipillas are the best too!!This place is a must for some Mexican food!! Definitely coming back, but you need a good appetite ?

Rosas is fire.... honestly I can't name one thing I've tried from there so far that I can think of that wasn't on point everything is served to you fresh and in a short amount of time the wait is so worth it and the prices also. All 27 years of my life has been great when dealing with Rosas cafe never have I had problems and the service is great I would give it all a 10/10.
