Ordered a cookie cake with directions for the persons name to be at the bottom of the cake and the “happy birthday” at the top, the cashier wrote this on the order form. When she checked me out she gave me no receipt and when I asked about one, she said “do you want a receipt?” Like, don’t I need one for pick up? She re printed one out for me and I left it at that. When I came to pick up the next day, the cake was sloppy and the name was just written off to the side...read full review
I have never gotten cookies from this company that weren’t good and these were awful $30 worth of old nasty cookies I’m going to return them tomorrow and will not be returning there ever
Customer service wasn’t great. The person who took my order was rude and I feel my order was rushed. I was given attitude on pick up. The writing looks very unprofessional. As I have seen other cookies with better writing. Will not return to this location.
