I tried to order with the cashier, and he started to input it into his kiosk at the counter, but then pointed at the self-serve kiosk behind me. He explained I could order my food that way, and he wasn't allowed to place my order. I asked him if I would still be able to pay with cash, and he said yes, that he could take the money and give me change, but he couldn't place the order.It was a very disappointing experience. I like this branch. The beltway at Red Bluff. They're always fast and the food has always been hot and fresh.Parking: Always plenty of parking. I'm glad there's two entrances and exits.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped parking right in front of the restaurant. I walk with a cane and I haven't had any problems entering or leaving.
