Firehouse Subs North Main St- Pearland

Used to work here years ago, and it seems the food has just gone downhill since. Every time i come in now the bun for my meatball is burnt, but the meatballs and sauce are still great. Lettuce is usually wilted because they put it on the sandwich then cook it.Service is always slow, but to be fair there's usually only 2-3 workers at a time and most of the time they're going as fast as they can (those cooking conveyor belts and cookers are really slow). Great food. The same two people always in there, not so nice. Didn't honor my birthday, and it always smells like they burnt something. Not even 4 stars on Google. Doubt I'll go again with those people working there.

Sat by the speaker for 15 mins before my order was taken, there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting on food. The first got their food finally, the second car waited for 10 mins then peeled out before receiving their food. I waited an additional 1 5 mins for my food at the window. Total time spent was approximately 45 mins. I wrote 5 emails, talked with my granddaughter, texted friends and watched YouTube videos to pass the time.
