It's always a pleasurable experience going to a firehouse sub. This one was no different. The staff were friendly. The food is delicious. You're able to customize your sandwich to your liking. The best part is that part of the proceeds go towards fighters. Keep up the good work!

This was our first time in Firehouse after a long time. The food is always delicious. This time was no different. Unfortunately, the service was not as great as it has been in the past. My family of five went with my mother for an early dinner. The restaurant was receiving a lot of call-in business and prioritized those to-go orders over the dine-in customers. Food is good. They do make a great sub. We love the simplicity of ordering on the app , and the rewards available. However, they have a HUGE problem hiring employees that have common sense. Not sure if the owner just doesn't pay enough or can't find good staff. A restaurant can have the best food , but it means nothing with poor service.
