“We had a party of 10 adults and a baby in an early evening meal/birthday with family. The online photos were sufficiently convincing to try this establishment. The crisp toasted sounds of the oven warm garlic buttered baguette that started it all. The oils and collective spice flavors were mouth watering and finger licking. Our family ordered from vegan, veal, chicken, beef and seafood plates. Each plate made an admirable presentation. Ten hours later I am thinking about making a statement of the color, the taste and it's form. The pasta plates did not disappoint. We unanimously agreed this business deserves praise. Best wishes!!!“
“Fantastic. Never disappointed. From service to food u can't go wrong. Simply put, excited when I know we are headed there to dine. If I were a genuine food critic, I could not find a way to leave without leaving 10 star review. You won't be disappointed. You will want to come back again and again.“
“This is a hidden gem. As someone who really enjoys authentic Italian food; I have to say Italiano's has hit the mark spot on. We took the entire family and had a great time. You can tell the kitchen staff knows what they're doing. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and it was delicious; just enough spice. The service was great. Our waitress paid just enough attention, so we felt like we were eating in our own dining room, and yet the dishes seemed to mysteriously disappear, and the drinks mysteriously refilled. The atmosphere was awesome! No over poweringly loud Italian music. Just loud enough to be heard when it got quiet and it was quiet enough to hear the people around you but the acoustics made you feel like you were in your own private dining room.If you want authentic Italian food without the clichés, great service and great atmosphere all for an affordable price; this place is for you. We'll be back and soon.“
“I stopped by jets on my bike ride and I’m impressed. We don’t have many deep dish pizzas around here and the ones we have aren’t very good. But jets has a great ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese. This is definitely gonna be new mid point.“
“We came in on a Tuesday night, hardly no wait, no problems. Now our waiter Jay D. , was the coolest!! Very polite and respectful man, he was fast & very attentive & made sure we had a good time. I usually don’t write reviews on our normal restaurant adventures but this guy was great!! Toscana soup was really good tonight too. But food always tastes better with better service, thanks Jay!!“
“Go for Jen, stay for the food! We made a reservation for the "speakeasy" in the back. Jen was our (self-proclaimed) "Bronze Goddess" extraordinaire! As someone who's LOVES new restaurants and tries something new every week or so... I've had some fabulous meals across the Houston area lately. While there has been food that has been on the level or even better; going to Grazia and sitting in the back with Jen made this experience the best dining experience I've had in a long time! Just go. Sit in the speakeasy and makes sure Jen is there. It will be a fantastic experience!“
“I tried this place yesterday with my mom and it was amazing. I don't like trying new restaurants with her because she is so picky. Lucky for us, she loved EVERYTHING we tried. The food was fresh, quick, and delicious! The chicken wings and Cuban sandwich were the best I have ever had, and I have had a lot!“
“My wife and I had a good time there, was our 6th anni and had no idea where we were going to eat.Ended up going to Little Italy and im glad we did. I got the branzino crab dish with some truffle butter on the side….. we will go back eventually thats for sure.“
“I love Italian and pasta so I alway look for an authentic place and this one is it! The staff were great and Basil was awesome! The food was light and not heavy. Will try again and recommend to others! Give it a go for yourself.Parking: Plenty of parking spotsKid-friendliness: Yes!“
“Stopped by to check this place out late at night close to midnight and We loved this pizzeria the pizza was fresh and with lots of cheese. The service was awesome the guy in the front desk was so attentive and had an awesome attitude. Next time we come back to Houston we will definitely be stopping by again.“
“Pasadena y'all are sleeping on Pizza lounge. Service was outstanding, and the food was so fresh and scrumptious. Calzone was superb. Garlic cheese breadsticks brought me back to my childhood. Plus the build your pasta plate so get exactly what you want... very good options and so tasty. Juke box for music selection and tvs for sports. Would definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: It's Italian food, so there's some naturally meat free dishes, but the selection isn't huge. However, it's totally worth it because it's done so well.“
“Been a regular here for about two years. Pizza is always on point, and the wings are some of the best i’ve had (BBQ/Lemon Pepper only one’s i’ve tried). Customer service is consistent and friendly. Hands down my favorite place to eat in Pasadena.“
“Let me start by saying the owner is AWESOME and very hands-on with his customers! I picked up an order for a customer, and woww it smelled so good, lol. Came back later on at night to try it out myself with my partner, and i wasn't disappointed! Wings had a nice flavor, although i prefer them crispy! Pizza crust is just how i usually like it,thin and can be folded! Perfect serving size for a medium for 2 people(around 8 slices but they are decent size). Atmosphere is super chill! Bar set up was my favorite, with the cushy booths i saw for us thick mammas LOl?. Just stop in and try!UPDATE : 3-3-2024 EM served us BOMB drinks! Had me feeling lovely and finished ALL my drink!! Had the pretzel with beer cheese and house margarita!Parking: It can get super crowded since its in a strip mall so try to get there early in the afternoon perhaps, or catch a spot if your lucky when someone pulls out!Kid-friendliness: Have nice booth seating and also saw alot of family's there!“
“I thought I’d rated Gina’s already since my wife and I go there regularly for lunch. My favorite dishes are the Mike & Jen and the sausage & peppers. Their pizzas are really good too! Staff is always nice. Overall it’s a very welcoming restaurant with good food.“
“Stefano's Pizza is absolutely delicious! I brought my students here for a 'make your own pizza' day and Steve was so accommodating and generous with his time, space, and food! If you are looking for yummy, fresh pizza this is the place to go!“
“I used to live in the Gulfgate area when I worked downtown and a friend told me about George's and I knew I had to try it. I was very pleased on my first visit and later, I used to come eat there least once a month. The food is a super value and you can put their menu against others costing much more. It's usually not too busy and you can find a nice out of the way table to have a nice quiet meal and conversation. Great place!“
“One of our favorite, local spots! We love the service and the food here. We also like that you can sit on the patio on nicer days. They have consistently good service and food even for our pickiest, and always get my order right when I order things without dairy (it’s apparently an harder request to accomplish than you would think.). Great ambiance for a date or families. The only thing I would like to see is a bit more flavor in the tomato sauce - just garlic salt and pepper would go a long way with enhancing the flavors. But the latter is a suggestion from a person that can’t have cheese on pizza so take it for what it’s worth lol. Overall a wonderful local business we’re happy to support. :)“
“We got the supreme pie and it was delicious. It has a lot of toppings, without too much sauce, and the crust was crispy. We dined in and since it’s BYOB, I walked over to Krogers and brought back some beer. Glad I tried it out since it’s so close to home.“
“Server Whitney was very sweet and on top of her work. Was very pleased with the service. It was my birthday and she took her time showing me all the desserts they had to offer. The mousse cheesecake was outstanding. Whitney thank you for your awesome service.Parking: Lots of spacesWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible“
“My cousin & I had lunch today, Feb. 25th, at Birraporetti's in Friendswood for the first time. On Sundays, they have a deliciously outstanding large buffet from 10:30 am-3:00 pm for $2 that is not listed on their web site. On the buffet, many Italian entrees, vegetables, pastas, pizza, ceasar & greek salads, breads, scramble eggs with vegetables, all fixings for omelets, waffels, fresh fruits, desserts including cannolis, coffee, teas, soft drinks...and you can have as many of the beverages you may want in all groups at no extra charge. To say you get your money's worth is an understatement!!!! Service & staff friendly & obliging in all aspects. The restaurant itself is very nice inside, comfortable, spacious & very clean. Definitely will be returning & definitely will tell other people to go there as well.“
“I order lunch to go from this location at least once a week. It’s always right, hot, tastes great and consistently the same. Hospitality is always excellent in the lobby, offered me a free drink while I waited and I was early for my order. Fantastic Management & Staff crew every afternoon.“
“Had the best dinner the other night! All of our food was hot, the breadsticks were warm and soft and the best part was our server. Camacho (our server) was very attentive, polite and brought our food out quickly! He made the entire night for my family with his hospitality. I would request his sections! Thanks for a great night!“
“Love this place. They really care about the customer. Great food and they care! I drive from Pasadena to see them! The only bad thing is the handicap parking is not to close since it is in a mall parking so it is hard for me to park w bad knees. All else is good.Parking: Parking is not close to the restaurant due to it's in a mall so handicap parking is somewhat far.“
“As a customer; they are amazing. The food is fresh. I happen to know the manager. He personally preps dough and fresh veggies himself daily. Shoutout to the ones that keep the ship afloat; managers Blake and Mary.As an employee; this where the disconnect lies. Lazy management outside this store leaves room for undesirable behavior from some. Wanna-be leaders are allowed to train and make an impression on new-hires. Complacency brings laziness; further crippling sales and customer service by being consistently short-staffed and improperly inventoried. Likely bleeding money at every neglect. Not to mention causing burnout and taking advantage of the good employees that really care.I was a driver; reported to hr being bullied by another employee and then was wrongly terminated, rehired the next day only to be fired the following week over a $2 mistake on a customer tip and her nasty review on here. The incident was never investigated. I was never given the opportunity to rectify or even discussed. I don’t even know that the bad review was replied to. Oh and the bully still works there. Reports of verbal abuse were investigated and investigated and investigated for months with no resolution. I continued to be forced to work with my bully for months.$2 tip mistake=goneMale abuser=still employedVegetarian options: And gluten-free crust options.Kid-friendliness: It’s pizza! No alcoholic beverages sold here. Clean restrooms and high chairs.“
“Love Russo food is so one of the best gluten-free crust I have ever eaten. Service is spot on friendly . Bathroom was clean but you cold yell kids had used it paper towels were all over the room. Which is very rare here it is usually spotless.Dietary restrictions: Gulten free orders are fine some places don’t even know if they have gluten-free options.Kid-friendliness: They take kids so any issues.“
