We came here on a Saturday during lunch time. It was not packed.The service was quite confusing at the beginning due to 2 servers trying to serve us at the same time. But the young lady served us good and was really knowledgeable and nice.As Appetizer we got the fried calamari which is really delicious. Always a pleasure to eat here. I would only be concerned that they employ alot of young kids who don't quite know whT professional customer service means. They do alot of chit chatting and socializing which takes away from servicing the customer. Mainly at the bar. Tall Hispanic

This is a hidden gem. As someone who really enjoys authentic Italian food; I have to say Italiano's has hit the mark spot on. We took the entire family and had a great time.
