This is not on the poor understaffed people working there. Clearly it's a management issue that this location never has what I order on hand and what they do have you wait at least 30 minutes to get it. Absolutely awful staffing planning. Hire more people and pay them and maybe this place can run better.
Food is good. I drive over here specifically for the chicken sandwich and everytime I order it here it feels like they are trying to discourage me from ordering it. In top of that about 50% of the time I am told they are out of the item.
