I ordered thru the drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead. That’s fine. Except I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on meat? How is that even possible? Horrible ! And by the time they FINALLY brought it to me. The order was wrong after I asked THREE TIMES if it had cheese. And it didn’t. WORST McDonalds and service in town. HORRIBLE customer service, they always forget items in the drive thru, they are lazy and don’t answer drive-thru speakers, their dine-in customer service team always seems lost. Simply the worst fast food restaurant in Pearland, NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!

Told me to park in the front for my food. They said it would be out in a few minutes. Since when is 30 minutes a few minutes?!? I would have been more understanding if they let us know that it would be such a long wait for come out and tell us something. However, they did not tell us (me and another 4 cars waiting) anything. Instead, the manager came and locked the door after someone went to complain about the wait. Horrible!
