Manager Rick and his team were AWESOME! The issue here was not Pei Wei, but the person who ordered the food for me online. He messed up my order but Manager Rick and his team quickly resolved my issue with his kindness and lovely hospitality. If I were corporate, I would promote him to corporate customer service trainer. Rick and his team should be rewarded for their great customer service!
The food was average. My bourbon chicken had an odd flavor. It was just chicken and rice. No vegetables mixed in. My wife's wrap was a little better but it had a hint of burnt meat. It was good but not great. Customer service was pitiful. No worker acted like they wanted to be there. Place was clean and atmosphere was good. I'll pass on this restaurant in the future.

I was really disappointed. I was torn between the bourbon chicken and beef and broccoli. I asked if I could try a sample of the bourbon chicken but was told " we don't do samples." Also my daughters chicken dumplings were cold.
