I haven’t been to sonic in some years and I can see why I stop going. Customer Service sucks. I went to get a banana shake for my mom and had trouble understanding the young lady taking my order. As I was ordering things that had a discounted price I see on screen no discounts. I explained this to the lady and she said “oh it will be on your receipt “ when I received my order it was not on the receipt. I pull in to the drive through for 10 minutes and no one answered then I went to the parking spot where your order and pressed the button and waited for 10 minutes and no response. Three other people were mad and left with out there food. Only to have them turn off the lights at 8:20 pm. Worst Sonic service ever.

Me and my partner are disappointed on trying the Chocolate Chunk Brownie Blast and the Turtle Truffle Nut Blast from here since they only filled the cup with ice cream and the chocolate chunk brownie and turtle as a topping. There were none in the middle or bottom of the ice cream.
